Patient Application Guidelines

Preparation: Brush and floss thoroughly before inserting trays. Ensure custom whitening trays are completely dry.
Loading the Tray: Express one small, continuous bead of 10% gel halfway up the front/labial wall of the tray from molar to molar. Alternatively, place a small, rice-sized drop on the inner face of each target tooth segment. Do not overfill.
Insertion: Firmly seat the tray over the dentition. Immediately wipe away any excess gel that escapes onto the gingiva using a clean finger, soft toothbrush, or clean tissue.
Wear Time: Keep the trays seated for 8 to 10 hours per treatment session (ideally overnight while sleeping).
Post-Wear Cleaning: Remove trays. Rinse the mouth thoroughly and brush away any remaining chemical residue from the teeth. Clean the custom tray using a soft toothbrush and cool water before storing it in its protective case
