• 1 x Bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide (10g)
• 1 x Bottle of Thickener Gel (4g)
• 1 x Bottle of Peroxide Neutralizing Solution (2g Neutralize)
• 1 x Syringe of Top Dam (2g Light-Curing Gingival Barrier)
• 1 x Mixing Palette & 1 x Spatula [1]

1. Preparation: Record baseline shade metrics. Prophylax the dental arch to clear external stains.
2. Gingival Protection: Apply the Top Dam gingival barrier across the soft cervical tissues. Light-cure for 20 seconds per segment.
3. Mixing: Mix the peroxide phase and thickener phase on the palette in a 3:1 ratio (3 drops of peroxide to 1 drop of thickener) until the gel is a homogenous red.
4. Application: Apply a 1mm layer of the mixed red gel to the enamel smile zone. Leave for 15 minutes. (Optional: Accelerate with a whitening light).
5. Re-application: Wipe away the old gel without rinsing, and apply a fresh batch. You can repeat this process up to 3 times within a single session.
6. Clean up: Suction the final layer, wash with water, apply the neutralizing solution, and remove the gingival barrier. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
